3️⃣ Follow the Colon Cleanse Meal Plan
🥗 Eat according to the plan and follow the product timing.

4️⃣ Do your workouts
🏃‍♀️ Use the Slim Body workout videos for Week 1 (recommended for everyone).

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Week 1 is Colon Cleanse Week for both Slim Body & Muscle Toning programs.
2. Muscle Toning participants: Start with Slim Body workouts to build a strong base.
3. Only data from the Xiaomi scale (included in the bundle) will be accepted.
4. Submit in kilograms (kg) — not percentage (%).
