Return / Exchange
- If for any reason members are not satisfied with the products, the members may return the product to us within 60 days if the product is unopened.
Product cannot be returned/exchanged if:
- Product was opened.
- Individual items that belong to a set.
- The product exceeds 60 days from the purchase date.
- Product is damaged due to member's responsibility.
- Same product type was returned before.
Application Period for Refund/Exchange
- The company will make a refund if you notify the company within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- The company will exchange products that are incorrectly sent, or are damaged, with condition that the company is notified within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
- In case of a refund, all distributed commission and PV will be readjusted accordingly.
