• Depending on the destination, shipping may take 3-7 working days after receiving payment.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the location and circumstance.
• Weekends and public holidays are exempt from the shipping period.

Due to delivery arrangement concerns, cancellation will be processed if your order period is as bellow.

Order on Monday - Saturday

• From 10:00am – 05:00pm Same day; order can be cancelled before 05:00pm Same day
• From 05:00pm – 10:00am Next day; order can be cancelled before 10:00am Next day

Order on Saturday - Sunday

• From 05:00pm Saturday – 10:00am Monday; order can be cancelled before 10:00am Monday
• Any refund is required 7-21 working days for bank to process.

Return / Exchange

• If for any reason members are not satisfied with the products, the members may return the product to us within 60 days if the product is unopened.

Product cannot be returned/exchanged if:

• Product was opened.
• Individual items that belong to a set.
• The product exceeds 60 days from the purchase date.
• Product is damaged due to member's responsibility.
• Same product type was returned before.

Application Period for Refund/Exchange

• The company will make a refund if you notify the company within 60 days of the date of purchase.
• The company will exchange products that are incorrectly sent, or are damaged, with condition that the company is notified within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
• In case of a refund, all distributed commission and PV will be readjusted accordingly.

• Please return the product to the designated address (which you can obtain from us) along with the product return/exchange form.
• All return shipping cost (if any) should be paid by sender.
• Products sent to the company without prior approval from the company will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Procedures may vary in jurisdictions where different requirements are imposed by law.
